What the Supplement Facts image actually lists

Chromium (as chromium picolinate)0.05 mg / 50 mcgIndividually quantified

The panel specifies one capsule per serving and 30 servings in the container. Zinc and chromium have individual amounts. Eight other active ingredients share one declared 276 mg blend; their separate milligram values are unavailable.

What standardized extracts mean

The artwork lists extract-standardization details for selected botanicals, including green tea catechins, milk thistle silymarin, ginseng ginsenosides, and banaba corosolic acid. A concentration percentage cannot be converted into milligrams of an active compound unless the source extract’s own dose is known.

What the label does not prove

A formula can contain clinically studied ingredients without the finished combination having been studied. The term “clinically studied ingredients” on the packaging is not evidence that the full AquaSculpt capsule has passed a randomized controlled clinical trial. We have not independently verified a finished-product trial.

Potential safety considerations

Botanical extracts and minerals can interact with medications or be unsuitable in particular medical situations. Green tea concentrates have been associated with liver issues in some circumstances; berberine and ginseng warrant attention for medication use and blood glucose considerations. Consult a qualified clinician before supplement use when taking medication, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when managing a health condition.

Our assessment

The label gives a useful list of ingredients and two exact mineral amounts. The main limitation is the proprietary blend’s lack of individual doses, which makes precise study-to-product comparisons impossible. This is a reason to evaluate claims carefully, not to guess missing numbers.
